The National Union of Blind and Visually Impaired (UNADEV)
The UNADEV continues its founding mission to support visually impaired people throughout all aspects of their lives. Also, it intends to support all the dynamics allowing the visually impaired to expand their abilities and their positive practices.
Among the opportunities for fulfillment, sport ( whether in amateur or in competition) is undeniably a source of a wide range of personal developments and enrichment: independence, enhancement of the personal image, of the self-esteem, and a better ability for social integration.
The UNADEV considers that the work of “Supporters Solidaires” has always relied on human values, respect, tolerance and will to surpass oneself. Thus conventions will be established to provide new ways for the development of Cécifoot and the sports practised by persons suffering from vision impairments.
