The Paralympic Games of Peking 2008 will bring together 6 countries, representing 3 continents (Europe, America and Asia). The winner of the contest will become Cecifoot’s Paralympics 2008 Champion.
The prestige of participating in the Paralympic Games makes each team highly determined « to dethrone Brazil to become the new title holder. »
Group competition
The structure used in Athens in 2004 will be maintained in the contest of 2008: the 6 competing teams(China, Spain, Argentina, United Kingdom, Brazil, and Korea) will all face each other in the first phase : the 2 leading teams will then face each other to determine the winner of the gold medal, the 3rd and 4th place holders will meet for the bronze medal and the 5th and 6th place holders will meet to determine their ranking.
Game sequence:
The games will be held respectively at 10 AM, at 12 noon and at 2 PM.

September 13th:
- 09h00: China Vs Spain
- 11h00: United Kingdom Vs Brasil

September 15th:
- 09h00: Argentina contre United Kingdom
- 11h00: Spain contre Korea
- 13h00: China contre Brasil
Finals
Will take place September 17th.
- 09h00 – Game to determine the 5th and 6th place winners: the 5th ranking player will face the 6th ranking.
- 11h00 - Game to determine the 3rd and 4th place winners : the 3rd ranking player will face the 4th ranking.
- 13h00 – Game to determine the first and second place winner : the highest ranking player will face the runner-up.
The official ranking and the handing out of the trophies will take place on September 17th.
Refereeing
The refereeing has been coordinated internationally by Elias MASTORAS (Greece) with one representative per continent. Elias MASTORAS for Asia, Arnaud DALLA PRIA (France) for Europe and Lionel FISDEL (Argentina) for South-America.
During the General Assembly of the 14th, 15th and 16th of March, the members of the subcommittee have designated Lionel FISDEL as the refereeing coordinator of the Games.
The referees selected to preside over the Games are:

They will be assisted, especially at the referee table, by four delegates from China.
